GroupDeploy
Deploy the Agentic World
Describe a business or one part of it. GroupDeploy designs the organisation that runs it, staffed by people, AI agents and software, working to rules you set.
How it works
From a description to a working organisation
You say what the business does, who is accountable and how much you want automated. GroupDeploy turns that into an organisation you can run, check and change.
In test: built, and running on real work. In build: being built. Proposed: planned, not yet built.
- 01In build
Specify
The company is written down as one specification: what it does, who owns it, what it needs to be able to do, and its limits.
- 02In build
Allocate
Each job goes to whoever does it best: a person, an AI agent or ordinary software.
- 03Proposed
Govern
Who may do what, up to which amount and with what evidence, is enforced by the system, not left to an agent's good behaviour.
- 04In test
Operate
Work moves through checked steps. Anything consequential needs proof, and anything above a limit goes to a person.
- 05Proposed
Improve
Changes to the organisation are tested on real work against the current version, and kept only when they do better.
Governance
Agents decide. The rules will be enforced in code.
An agent can reason freely about how to do its work. What it is allowed to do will be checked outside the agent, every time, before anything happens.
- Every action is checked against an authority.ProposedSpending, sending, signing and publishing each have an owner and a limit.
- Nothing ships without proof. In testWork is accepted only when its checks have passed on exactly what is being delivered.
- Agents can't change their own rules.ProposedThe rules, the checks and how success is measured sit where no agent can edit them.
- Every decision is on record. In buildWho acted, on whose authority and with what evidence, in one history you can query.

Evidence
Already running a real software team
Our first organisation, run largely by AI agents, has built Pathway, a desktop app for job applications. It planned, built, reviewed and tested its own changes, around the clock.
From Pathway's records, 24 October 2026.
The five changes not accepted ran out of their time or usage limit. They were set aside automatically, so nothing half-finished went out. Our senior engineer, an AI agent, finished four of them.
Where autonomy stops
People stay accountable for what the law requires
A company run largely by agents is still a real company with real directors. GroupDeploy sets out which steps it can take, which need your approval, and which belong to a professional.
Agents and software
Routine work
Drafting, research, support, bookkeeping entries, building and testing software, within set limits.
You approve
Consequential steps
Spending above a limit, contracts, anything sent in the company's name that it hasn't sent before.
People and professionals
Legal duties
Directors, signatures, identity checks, legal advice and regulated work stay with people.
Enterprise pilots
Start with one part of your business
In each of our first pilots, we set up one governed function inside your company, run it on your real work, and measure it against how you do it today: time, cost, quality and how often a person had to step in.
- Good first functions
- Research, customer support, internal software, back-office operations
- What you set
- Who is accountable, spending limits, what needs your approval
- What you get
- The working function, every decision on record, and a measured result
